Executive Mailing Services, LLC (EMS), in Palo Hills, IL, is a full-service letter shop and direct mail processing center. For over 30, years EMS has worked with clients to optimize their mailings, improve performance and drive down the costs of their direct mail campaigns. With the acquisition of EMS, Marketing.com will have expanded mailing capabilities that complement our current offering including:

EMS has over 140 inserters (up to 6 stations) and is capable of mailing over 2.8 million mail packages per day! EMS’s approach to comingling mailings is far from traditional and provides customers with consistent postage savings through a tiered approach. Their process includes USPS container preparation and the generation of corresponding postal documentation. EMS processes mail that can be upgraded to a lower rate and releases mail 5 days a week (no mail waits to build a pool). Through this approach, EMS can cater to clients in diverse industries with a specialization in non-profit. With the addition of EMS, Marketing.com now offers another facility with ISO 9001:2000 certification. EMS also follows the Six Sigma Methodology (DMAIC) for advanced quality control.

We expect a seamless integration of the enhanced capabilities into the organization. Chris and operations will report to Piero Rossi, and sales will report to James Cole.
